OUR STORY

This business journey started quite simply! I (Robin), was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in (2015). Being diagnosed with Celiac Disease threw quite a curve ball in to my life. I was a mom to a toddler (Sophia) and an infant (Jaxon) at the time, as well as a wife to my husband, Matt. I ate whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted, and that was all about to change, very drastically. Learning to eat within the Celiac restrictions was a whole new world for me - I researched, planned, prepped, trial and error'd and worked my butt of to follow my new dietary restrictions. It was, and still is, a huge learning process! During this process I realized just how hard it was to go anywhere and get any sort of food that fit my diet. I have always loved baking and this is where it clicked. If I struggle to find good, satisfying foods within my diet, others must too. I knew then, that if I wanted these foods I needed to create them myself - and that is what I did. I started small in my home kitchen, making food within my restrictions, then expanded to others restrictions, such as Keto goods, and just testing the field - it took off rapidly, quickly outgrowing the means of my home kitchen! That's what got us to this point. I needed more hands and more kitchen space. I asked my Mother-in-Law (Laurie) to join me, and together we continue to grow! We are moving in to a commercial kitchen, creating new products every day, providing you with our best quality goods, and enjoying every minute of it!
